The season of hillclimbs at Gurston down (www.gurstondown.org ) starts this weekend with the normal range of cars plus the invited clubs are
Pre war Austin 7s road and track cars
Paul Matty championship (mainly lotus engined cars)
The marque sports over 2000 class sees ken dollen, ben and dee stapley out in their 240Zs.
Entry is £8 which includes parking and access to paddocks and spectating areas.
Practice starts at 8.30 with the timed runs starting at around 1pm.
If you have never been to a hillclimb before then it is like a long drag race with corners.
If you come along then come and find us to say hello. We are quite friendly really.
