Looks to have been heavily skimmed for higher compression, and also ported.
If I were you I'd have a very good look all over it for stamped letters/numbers (not the factory cast-in/raised ones) which might be present, and would help to identify it. Pay particular attention to the underside on the inlet/exhaust side, in the cast areas that aren't the head/block mating surface.
