DCOES 40s

Hi to all, I hope someone has the answer I need to know what the idle jet size needs to be on my triple 40DCOEs when I stripped the first carb down there were 2 different sizes in the same carb, sounds a bit strange to me. I am running a L28 F54 block with a skimmed 40thou P90a head stage2 cam big ehaust etc. Any help would be great.

Idle jets of 45 - 50 F9 are recommended, but I have seen up to 65 used, although this seems to be bordering on a race set-up.

Got a good carb set up book if you want to borrow. &nbsp;WIll give recommended sizes, which are a starting point.

I run 60 idle jets in my 45 DHLA's.
