Dash Side Air Vent - Hardware required?

Hi all,

Finally managed to source some side air vents for the dashboard in my 240Z, but I’m struggling to figure out what sort of hardware should be used to mount them to the dashboard.

There are three captive nuts on the dash frame which look very small diameter, whilst the diameter of the three holes on the dash vent housing (pictured) are quite large diameter.

Anyone currently have their dash out of the car that could enlighten me? Should I be using small Philips screws and large washers?

Any help appreciated, thanks

The parts diagram suggests a 10mm M4 machine screw with a spring and 'special fix v' washer.

Found this image online - maybe some kind of penny washer?
