Classic car insurance

Hi,

Does anyone have any classic car insurance companies that they would recommend for insuring the Z?

I'm finding a reluctance to cover Japanese cars and some insist that I'm 30+, I'm 29 in June too! &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zclub.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Cheers <img src="http://www.zclub.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

Hi,
I take it that you have a Z32 to insure?
Try this link 300zx.org Insurance
Your best bet is to phone around as quotes will vary wildly.
It will be easier if it's a UK spec car rather than an import.
If it's a second car and the likely mileage is low, then Firebond are a good bet.

I found that after extensive ringing around Adrian Flux
(08700 765450) gave me my best quote by far. Admittedly I'm only insuring a 280zx, but worth a try- they like club membership.
