Bumper differences?

What are the mounting differences between the bumper of 240z, 260z early, 260z late and 280z.? All 2 seater. I am assuming they are all the basic same shape as I've seen 240z bumpers on a 280z with a little modding.
 
I think the answer is going to be lots, and that's only talking about the US market, which I guess is what you are talking about. Remember there's also differences between 70-72 and 73 240z US cars too. The issues come in as the Federal impact protection requirements started to affect bumper design, leading to a gradual evolution towards the 280Z shock-mounted Impact bumpers.

I guess the questions should be:

1. Difference between uk 240 and early uk 260 2 seaters?
2. Difference between early uk 260 and early 280z rear mounting points.

I've ordered a number of sets of fibreglass bumper for different cars and need to specify 240 or 260 mounting points. I'm leaning towards ordering all 240 then just mod the car mounts to suit.
