Good pictures Terry, it was good to meet you, Matt and John.
I still find the huge size of F1 cars amazing.
We need to get a team in the Swinging 60's race series, I'm sure a 240Z would be competitive in the right hands. The organisors seemed keen on our participation even though they really consider it to be a 70's car. It's ideal.
A great show, as usual. It's really good to talk to the manufacturers about their products. For me its a great way of finding out not only that I'm doing things all wrong but why. I always come away from the show feeling enlightened.
hi Rob
looked at swinging 60's with my car. Mark Campbell who has won a lot of races in the series with his TR5 is a good friend and my car does identical times to his round Spa and i personally think with a better driver(for better read younger lol) is a quicker car than his! Unfortunately going to advertise my racer in the next week or two, finances and old age damn it!!
Amorace, there are some quick guys out there BUT a well driven 240Z could open their eyes.
What's more a 240Z NEEDS to be competing against those Triumphs, MGCs etc why should they have all their own way.
Me and my lads could enjoy this. The trouble is the competitive arena is a whole lot different than the track-day arena and a whole lot more expensive.
