For sale - a two piece prop as fitted to 1970 to mid-71 240Zs, i.e. Those with the diff mounted 35mm further forward than late-71 onwards cars, and equipped with the 71A gearbox. However, as standard these props came with four bolt flanges at either end. On this one, the gearbox flange has been swapped for a later slip yoke version. This means it is ideal for use in an early car where the early box is being swapped for a later 71B box. This could be useful to someone changing an early 4-speed on an import to a later 5-speed. Or, with the correct shortening, used for an S13/14 box swap on any year S30.
Condition is pretty good. Both u-joints okay. Recent paint, cosmetics could be made nicer by bead blasting and refinishing. Slip yoke needs repolishing to clean off surface rust.
