Just about to get my 240 back on the road, MoT tomorrow. Not used it since Japfest 2 at Donington.
Done a bit of work over the winter upgrading the front brakes but that's it.
Anyway checked everything out tonight and the horn didn't work. Also noticed that the headlight flasher didn't either. I've never had a problem with these before, but to cut a long story short the problem appears to be that my steering column isn't earthed!
The earth feed is ok and the two switches it connects to are fine. I ended up having to earth the switch casting assembly with an additional wire!
Has anybody else had this problem, if so what was the cure?
