Started my other 260z 2+2 has not been started for at least six months, poured some fresh petrol in the tank turned the key and after a few attempts the engine burst into life. Now I need to get it ready for a respray and finish the interior.

I am very sad to hear that Mike has passed away, to me he was Mr Z, I bought all the parts I needed to get my 260z back on the road, Mike will be very sadly missed by the whole Z community, càn we replace Mike, I don't think we can, RIP Mike.

After cranking the engine, remove the plugs, if the are dry no fuel is reaching the cylinders, also check the ignition timing, are the plug leads connected in the correct sequence ??

I need to finish BGN444S and my next one will be started in 2019, just had VPN80S out for a drive today, the roar from the engine is awesome, I also need to find time to rebuild my spare L26 and L28 engines !!!

My third Z is going to be stripped and the shell will be rebuilt reg is NDO888R.

It's a 260z 2+2, not sure which blue I will use but there is a good looking 370z blue

Just wondering if the seats are still for sale ? Is your 260z a two seater or a 2+2, I am looking for parts to rebuild a 2+2 Thanks

Hi guys, you are all wrong, this 260z is going to be rebuilt, it might take a few years but it's my next project. I have one 260z on the road, VPN 80S, my second one BGN 444S is about to go to the paint shop and then it will be back on the road hopefully by the end of 2018.

RUA 223M still exists and is currently taxed and Mot'd until June 2018

This Z was for sale on e-bay a few weeks ago, it was the same car advertised by two different sellers, it might be worth a phone call to e-bay to ensure the seller is genuine.

260z 2+2 Have a look in my gallery, I have a red 260z and the other looks white but it's in primer, I am going to have it resprayed in dark blue

I ditched the SU's in favour of triple 40 Webers, would never use anything else the increase in performance is mind blowing Adjustment is simple with an airflow meter and a screwdriver

I am near Aberdeen and have a 260z 2+2 which I use as my run around, also another 260z 2+2 currently being restored, might sell it. Also purchased a 260z two seater for a future restoration.
