Well that's where the art of admin comes in. it should be believable and preferably by backed up with photos and a convincing story to say the least - but you are quite right such things are prone to manipulation, hence why I say the club should be able to reasonably delete posts which are anti-supplier and look like they are just malicious.
As for my previous post, I'm not implying that the club is sheltering bad traders but I am saying that just like the above situation, the club should reasonably expect to watch out for the opposite, and that I have seen this happen all too often - where forums become polarised favouring one or the other.
It's all about balance, and what I'm saying is that club admins should be able to step in an reasonably delete posts which are of no value to members. They can't overly favour suppliers and they can't overly favour members. Balance is important both ways. Hope it makes sense.
Just my opinion having managed technical support and forums for a blue chip company with a around 5 billion pound turnover in my previous job - (Don't ask - I'm sooo glad I no longer do it LOL).
