Don't think you will get one as there is no IBSN
It was printed in the USA by Ussary Printing Company
I would hazard a guess that is was done for the ZCCA convention that was held in Texas
Reason I am thinking this is Mike Taylor is involved with Ussery and also invoved with the Texas Z Club and ZCCA
Len Welch would know more and will ask him about it all when I next talk to him
