Better start saving the pennies then. The Zafira, i'll probably just get some money on the house (as it's only a 40k mortgage), so that's that. Would an imported 280Z (not ZX) be a good idea. There must be a few of them about in the US, and if I lopped off the daft park benches at either end it would be a good base, no? Must be cheaper than trying to de-rust and re-build a dying 240-260 from over here (I have no garage either so a car cover is needed).

I like that idea....lhd of course ! If you want a clean lhd 260Z 2+2, I know of one for €7000

Nope. Gonna do the bus thing again. Been saving all my money for the family holiday next month so haven't been able to get any more lessons in (since the start of June). I've been driving the Escort around a fair bit though (which is always good for a giggle).
