Well to be honest Neil after a one year almost ownership of a Z31 myself I decided I didnt really like the shape/style of the Z31 anyway , so any opinion I have of ANY colour is not going to be very positive.
It is a HUGE improvement over your previous scheme tho.
If its like Nissan " Bayside Blue" then yes I will like it!! ill tell you when I see it.
BTW Do you want me to try and get that DVd player out for you???

Hi,
That looks very nice Neil!....The Z31 shape is colour sensitive and looks better in some shades than others. If that's similar to Bayside Blue, then it's the sort of shade I would consider!
The early model red with black trims combination didn't do the car any favours in my opinion.;)
Cheerz,

Thanks for the replys guys i must say that my first reaction was oh my god what have i done, but now i've got over the initial shock of the dramatic colour change im begining to like it more and more, i still have a lot of finishing touches to do so hopefully by JAE it will be almost complete.

ps yes pmac i would like you to get the dvd player but it depends how much as im skint at the moment

youre not wrong there JEZ, IMHO you ave got the best colour(Factory ) and the facelift does have a more flowing line to it.

Very nice looking car Neil, one of the best Z31 pre facelift's I've seen, I think graphics or stripes might ruin it, it looks smarter and less fussy / busy than the original car did in any colour, infact it looks more like a facelift one which I always thought looked better due to its cleaner lines, but then again I am the one who removed the rear spoiler from my Z32tt and left it spoilerless.................

I thought i would have the 300zx back down the sides as before and maybe a few other smaller graphics elsewhere but not decided on the later yet BTW i found out what that knocking was at santa pod now, it was the doughnut on the propshaft shot to bits so Mr F has kindly ordered me another so should be sorted for July

Hey, my 2p worth.

I think its a great improvement, and like the colour. I agree that the Z31 is very colour sensitive. I know you'll hate me for saying this, but in that photo your wheels look too dull for the car imho. They look nice and shiny silver, but maybe its worth experimenting in photoshop or something to see how they'd look with white centres or something. I'm not sure what, but your car colour is so electric it makes them look dull. It maybe just the photo.

Either way be pleased, I think it's turned out well :) More pics!
