Hi, my name is Bob, 1978, from Luxembourg. Right now I'm trying to sell my beloved AE86 do get myself a 240Z, 260Z or 280Z. Registered myself to learn somethin on the S30 and who knows to probably find a nice example for sale ;)
Here is a pic of my 2 moneypits. My Evo 5 Trackday car and the AE86 that is for sale right now.

Thanks. The Evo is 100% Trackday car, the Hachi is also too much track oriented.
I want something a bit more cultivated, that I can also use for the weekend cruise,...
And the 240/260Z is an absolute dream car! had the AE86 for about 4-5years now, worked and modded everything myself (exept metal work) and now it's done. So it's time to move on

You could probably afford a Z just by selling the number plate :)

No, unfortunately not. numberplate are worth nothing here. Just a 50€ fee to get a personal one when it isn't taken yet. But they all have to be like this:
##### (5digits)
XX#### (2letters, 4 digits)

Nice cars

Good luck finding an nice 240/260Z, having patience is important if you want to find a nice example, and its going to be far cheaper in the long run if you can can buy a rust free one rather than buying one that needs work and doing it yourself imo.

there are few places in Europe that are selling 240Z's so finding a good one should not be too hard

I know of a very straight and rust free 260z that is a USA import. Its LHD and has not been registered yet in UK as its fresh off the boat. The car is remarkably straight and all panels line up and its solid (which is what we all desire:p.) The importer is not a Z specialist so at present he is trying to get a gauge what its worth in its current state?
