Christmas Party

Hi forum,

Sylvia and I are thinking of trying to arrange a ZClub Christmas party somewhere say, near the NEC Birmingham (easy access by road, Rail and Air). Well not every one wants to take their Z out in winter.

We are hoping this will become a good get together during the winter and split the year up from the Lakes so we would welcome veiws.

Living in the Deep South, I welcome the venue choice as I can actually get there.

Depending in the actual date I would really like to come and meet people from the club at last!!

Thanks for the response. We chose the area for exactly that reason as we live in Surrey!
The choice of the exact venue entirely depends upon the numbers that attend. That is, do we have a Z Club only party or do we share with other Companies / Clubs.

It is for that very reason that we are trying to gauge interest. As for the dates, well that again depends on the exact venue but we'd aim for a Saturday night so that people can attend. We'd also aim for a venue with reasonable accommodation.

Dont know if this would be too expensive for most peeps but I've used this hotel several times before on NEC visits and found it really good value for money.
It has a big car park, nice rooms, a very nice leisure centre and good restaurant and bars.
