What ? !!!!
Yep, don't use it. Was gonna flog it a couple of years ago but didn't get round to it. no point having it sitting in the garage. Would rather see it go to a good home.
What ? !!!!
Shame but if not used is better than letting a nice looking Z rot away if left in the garage for years
And it sure is a nice looking Z
I'm after another estate car after I've sold my 2 seater z,that to doesn't get used, might give grolls a call
but it does not seem that original (2,8 was never original in a 260, I guess)
Most important is still the condition of the car (100% no rust and very good condition) and the originality (which I've found important for maintaining its value).
Some markets had the 280z, ie 2.8 engine. I don't think that was ever an official import in to the UK, happy to be corrected.. ......A hard task to find a 100% rust free car, but they are out there.
those cars (yours excepted now...and no offence Paul) are done for love and therefore kept !
I simply hate rust.
Then definitely don't buy a Datsun!!! An AC Greyhound is a 2+2 and with an Aluminium body, no rust issues seems better suited !

Yeah, if you enjoy cracked bodywork, a rusty chassis anyway AND a car that doesn't handle....Get a fibreglass Scimitar. 2+2 as standard.
