You could try the old school way of doing it with a baseball bat! With the wheel fitted, stick the bat between wheel and arch and roll the bat around the wheel a few times. OK, I'll shurrup now

Are you going to be doing this a lot or just a one off on your motor? Might be worth finding a local bodyshop with one. Hmmm, then again it's probably cheaper to buy one
