Yes its a scam and its a common one, seen it on there many times.

Really ? Not seen that before - what do they want - just your email address ?

Checkout their other items ,they are always vehicles that have recently sold and are advertised very cheaply and encourages people to make a deal outside eBay on something they do not have for sale.you don't always see them as someone has normally reported and the listing is removed.

If it is too good to be true the generally it is .buyer beware.plenty of fake items on eBay as well and not always easy to spot
