I have a friend who has a Z32 2+2 twin turbo, he has fitted a set of Brembo brakes to it from a 350z, and now wants a nice set of 18 inch wheels to set it off, can anyone recommend a professional wheel outfit he can go to, to talk it over and get some rims sorted any info would be great Thanks,
Nick.:D

Best idea is to pop over to 300ZX.co.uk site and get the correct info on offsets first.
Very important especially with big gold brembos fitted.
most muppets in wheel sales places wont know what a Z32 is... never mind what the correct offset should be.

No that's rubbish, you don't have to leave this site at all :(

Z32 Turbo Alloy Wheels

Wheel size:
16×7.5 with a 45mm offset - Front
16×8.5 with a 35mm offset - Rear
66.06mm hub bore

Bolt patten:
5×114.3 (72-87 ft/lb or 105-118nm)

Stud size:
12mm x 1.25

Standard tyre size:
225/50/16 and 245/45/16.

I've found the front wheels could do with being a bit more flush with the arches to get the right look. I've been looking for quality 18s for a long time, and my best bet is when I have the cash to import some off Yahoo JP, friday on this forum maybe able to help your mate out with that if he were interested.

Unfortunately it is you Russ who is posting rubbish up.
The stock 16" Z32 wheel will NOT fit over a 350Z brembo caliper.
And neither will any other wheel with a 45mm offset.

I only posted the STANDARD specification so they'd know what they were working with. From that they can work out the normal rolling radius etc for somewhere to start from. He said he was gonna go for 18s which clearly I haven't posted

Yeah thanks Russ, and Pete for your input, he really wants to take the car to someone to get it all sorted properly, he's not that clued up on the net so getting onto or into the 300zx site will be a bit of a nightmere for him!!
