Fixed a couple of things, finally stopped my alternator belt from squeeling (for now), and I had a bit of a knock from the rear I managed to fix.
It's knocked a tiny bit when you come on off the accelerator lightly, as if it's taking up some slop in the drivetrain somewhere, I guessed it was in the diff or something. Anyway it got worse Friday morning, and Friday night driving home it got quite bad. Saturday morning I looked under the car to find the driveshaft hub mounting bolt thingies were all hanging out Took them out, appears the threads on them were at some point painted red and they had worked their way loose.
Anyway my next task, I've got various tiny oil leaks which looks like fun so I'm gonna build one of these

Does anyone find their gearchanges crunch a little bit when the car is cold?? Only happens once or twice then is ok.
