I thought I'd post this up here just in case any of you turbo lads are interested in this kit, It's only really good for those going for big power, I was going to add it to my 500 bhp pulsar to help the charge cooler cope on track days, But sold the pulsar before I fitted it.

Its the top of the range HFS-5 kit which can run up to 8 injectors and cope with 100% methanol if need be ( I was going to use 50-50), Its also ECU controlled and not the normal rubbish pressure switch, The system is also primed all the time with no lag like you get from the small cheap kits that Aquamist do, The pumps about 4 times the size to lol.

This kits cost about £950 in the UK if you could actually get them to sell you one which I doubt because they're supposed to be for the US market only when I got mine, I'd like £450 for it as it's still boxed and brand new.

I might stick it on ebay next week but for now I'll just keep it on here.

Go for water injection you won't go back intake temps go down down down....

Tempting! I was just looking into this.

It's a fantastic kit and I'd keep it myself if I was planning on going down the turbo route again, But I'm not so it's doing no good at all sitting in my garage.

It also has a gauge that tells you how much it is flowing which is adjustable I think, And also has a water level light to let you know when it's running low.

Don't shoot me but how does this work and where is it putting water? Is it directly into the inlet or onto the intercooler. I ask because I have seen these kits for my Saab and the write up confuses the hell out of me. And as this is not model specific I too am tempted.

This kit will fit any turbo/super charged car, It will run up to 8 separate injectors so you can either fit 1 or 2 injectors into the pipe going into the plenum or what I would do is to drill and tap the inlet manifold and run 1 injector per cylinder, The whole thing can be ECU controlled, I'm no expert on these things myself, But I do know if I had fitted it to my pulsar and ran 50/50 methanol I could of added over 50 bhp and 2 bar of boost.

I went for this kit because of the built in safety features, if it runs out of water it will knock everything back so no damage can be done, It also has a level indicator so you know when the tank is running low, It doesn't use water all the time anyway only when the car is boosting and you don't spend long at high boost.
