To bold you vented discs onto the hubs

Hi guys,

This is for the guys who have done their up-grade to Toyota 4 pod callipers and vented discs. What I need is 8 bolds to fasten the disc and ring to the hub..
To get fine metric thread M10, 40mm long is hard even when want the specials one like below. Like to hear what you did to solve this problem?
