The rains coming in!

I have got rain water coming into the passenger side foot well of my 73 240z it seems to be coming from behind dash some where windscreen seal is new no obvious rust has anyone had this problem before and how did you sort it?

Take the scuttle / cowl top off and check for rusty holes where the wiper cavity meets the inner bulkhead. Sometimes possible to seal from this side, otherwise it may be dashboard out to investigate further. The other possible area is the bulkhead side, but the front wing needs to be off to investigate this area properly.
