Sun Feb 20th . Santa POD. pre season get together.
Chunk and me are going to Santa Pod along with a few people from 300ZX forum, for a bit of a pre season get together. It looks like some will be trying out new cars down the strip(me) others coming for first time to look n see, with a view to running soon.Some just coming for a day out no runs.
The emphasis is really on a social day out as much a serious competition, although we might see some of the country's really quick 300ZX men run in anger!!
So why not come along??? All old skule ZEDs welcome and just people in non Zeds if its too soon to dig your ZED out!
Chunk n me have put quite a bit of advice etc on 300Zx forum about the whole Pod thing and we will put it up here too if you wanna come.
We were looking at the idea of more experienced hand helping "Pod Virgins" at this one before those who REALLY feel the Need for Speed get down to the business of winning The Z Club Drag Challenge Series starting in March.
MR F is in charge for that and has covered it a separate post.
And there is no way Chunk n me would tread on MR.Fs sacred turf!!
IKEA??? GARDEN CENTRE??? These were just some suggested alternative meet locations!! Seem to be quite popular with a certain sector of the population!
