As you may or may not realise, as part of the Z Club Back to Basics weekend at Billing this year (1st-3rd July), you have the option to attend the Retro Magazine Show at Santa Pod on the Sunday (3rd).

This show is dedicated to the modified classic scene and will be attended by hundreds of the U.K.s best modified classics from the '60s, '70s and '80s. The Z Club is organising a twenty car space for you to display and also participate in the drag strip action if you wish. Cost of these pre-paid tickets will be £8.00 to Z Club members, saving £5.00 on the gate admission price and providing Club parking rather than getting lost in the public area. If you want to attend, I need for you to contact me within the next two weeks (i.e. before 2nd June) with pre-payment - one car = one advance ticket = entry for driver only. Obviously, we want Zs on display, so you only get the pass for the one Z. Passengers will have to pay full price at the gate on entry. Call 01277 374201 to discuss, or send cheque payable M.Feeney to Park View, Ongar Road, Kelvedon Hatch, Brentwood, Essex CM15 0DF, or PayPal £8.00 to mike@mjpauto.com with your car entry details. First come first served - when they're gone they're gone...

The Show also includes a display of 100 Retro Magazine feature cars, Pride of Ownership competition, cars for sale area, trade stands, Retrojumble, helicopter rides, mobile rolling road and non-stop 1/4 mile Retro sprint action. Overnight camping is also available - visit the web site http://www.retrocarsshow.co.uk to book a space.

Some one's gonna tell me the 300ZXTT came out in 89 now aren't they
Yup!

However, this show is aimed more at the earlier cars (Z31s included) - anyone going to lend me something suitable to take or there may be a 350Z on the Club stand anyway?

:280Z: - and, yes, I know! Before anyone comments, there is very little chance of my 280ZX even being looked at let alone finished and roadworthy inside six weeks....
