i am doing a conversion and i need to know what else so i need i have a 3 bolt main 350 or 305 and i was wondering if i could use that and if i could where could i find motor mounts and the drive shaft what would i need for that if some one could hlep me i would really appreciate it thanks:S30:
 
Hi Ditto,

I am assuming (Dangerous I know) that you are talking about a V8 swap into a 240 / 260 bodyshell because of the engines you mention. Forgive me if I have got the wrong end of the stick.

Try www.hybridz.org for masses of background information but SEARCH BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS.... they can be a bit short with people who are new and do not try to help themselves. If you have searched but not found the answer they are very helpful

www.brokenkitty.com sell mounting kits for the all aluminium (or alooominum as the yanks say) engines.

As the club needs revenue (unashamed plug), why not contact our illustrious shopkeeper Arkwright for a copy of the V8 conversion manual ? It will save an inordinate amount of time, pain and expense and will tell you 99% of what you need to know.
