I'm nearly there with my RHD conversion and went to fit the RHD wiper arm linkage last night.
As you all probably know, the scuttle area already has the holes cut out for both LHD and RHD wipers.
The problem which I somehow only just noticed is that on my LHD car, there are two supports inside the scuttle. On the LH side, the support is shaped so as to facilitate the wiper arm to pass behind it, but on the RH side the support is of a shape which means that the wiper arm CAN'T pass behind it.
This means that an RHD wiper linkage cannot be fitted straight to my LHD car?
With all the number of RHD swaps completed on this forum, perhaps someone can advise me how they got around this problem?
