I spend too much time looking at the Nismo US and JP sites, and thought everyone should see this (if you haven't already).

When the lotto numbers come up Saturday I'll have one with all the Nismo options (plus one of the TT or SC kits available ;))... I only need to win more than £36k (if I lived in JP, who knows what one would cost here)....

I don't know about anyone else but when I first saw the Z33 I wasn't sure about it, the rear lights, bit bulbous, bit girly (like a Porsche is girly), but having spent more time looking at them I want!

I asked for one for Christmas and apparently Santa wouldn't be able to fit it down the chimney so I have to put up with the lump of coal and orange that I'm getting :(

Well no doubt the more clued up will tell you for sure but I know you can import Nismo bits from the states fairly easily, infact I think I saw some Nismo parts on Mr.Fs 350 when it was at the AGM this year. I thought they had a US website but I cannot find it at the moment.

So you could probably do the car but piece by piece, as for getting one like that as standard, who knows.

I think the JDM 350 is lower spec than ours as standard so I wonder how this one fairs, I would have thought it has everything.

Check that out, Z Tune R34 and S Tune Micra! :)

I didn't think you could still buy the R34? I thought they went out with the GTR NUR limited edition model and now they are using the new shape? Unless Nismo still have stock? Maybe someone can enlighten us :)

If it came out in the Uk would it be an official Nissan release? Sorry if this is a stooopid question but until I got my 350Z my interest in Nissans started and ended with 240's. Is Nismo like RS and M3?

Nismo = Nissan Motorsport :)

Its a company thing, however I'm not sure how big Nismo are here so I'd have thought it unlikely you'll get one through a Nissan dealer here, ever... I would like to be corrected though.

Nismo body kit parts can be specified on the U.K. 350Z at time of order and are fitted by Nissan in the U.K. at Sunderland. Early cars can be sent away for official retro-fit body kits, but intitial reports on quality of paint were not good! There are some "official" Nismo accessories available: radiator cap, panel air filter and 19" alloys. The Nismo exhaust was going to be offered, but it does not meet Euro noise regulations. All Nismo parts can be sourced outside of the Nissan dealerships, but there are variations from one market to another and also planty of "copies" of the body kit parts.
