body panels

Hey guys, I've got movement in my passenger rear lower A arm where the spindle goes through. It's quite noticable and clonks when driving. What is worn to cause this? It doesn't seem bushed so is it the arm, spindle or hub that will need replacing?

I know that the panels on the rear side of the car is called the rear quarter panel. But on the 82 280zx its is one piece from there all the way into the ttops. What is that piece of the roof called? I cant seem to find it anywhere.
