    I am selling a full set of oem 280Z front and rear suspension, you can then buy a BC kit get them professionally welded (they slip in and weld holds it so plenty safe) and then just swap over and sell (or keep your old suspension) - saves a lot of faffing.

    Hi are there any WhatsApp groups for S30 to share links, parts, advice, etc? I am a member of one excellent group but happy to join and contribute to others. I am just outside Basingstoke and nearly a year in to recommissioning my late 76 280Z.It's now de-bumpered, slammed on BC and Watanabes.

    I think it is all down to what engineer the DVLA sends out to assess the vehicle. I assume if you run an EV business converting classics you need to know you have a tame one!

    A dry state 280z probably a good starting point, once the heavy US bumpers and irons removed I doubt they are significantly heavier than a 240Z for most mere mortals to notice! I paid 12k for mine last year, it hasn't run since 1989 ish but is super original and rust free. I guess I have chucked...

    Exhaust fitment problems

    I just stuck a cheap oil crankcase breather filter on the end of my one and blanked it off on the manifold.
