i used good old solvent based evo stick contact not had any probs with mine

it's quite easy if you have small hands you need to remove the battery which will give you a easy view on the passenger side just remove the rubber pipe and unscrew the valve, fit new valve then the pipe the drivers side is a little more tricky but same idea to sort it

it is prob hydraulic lifters which does not require the head being removed but the plenhum will have to come off cantact mike at mjp he should be able to help with the parts
