Any problems with the stand passes or if you are wanting to transfer them to a new owner please contact Sue Loy on 01959 543547. I believe the stand passes will have your Reg on them when posted out but I might be wrong!

Update from Japfest today with full club list, there are 113 of us in total! Please see the attached file for the list. "Your tickets and passes will be emailed directly to you around two weeks prior to the show. The tickets and passes will all be individually created to be printed at home...

The noise limit for Japfest is 105dB on a static test and 102dB on a drive-by test. Anyone going out on track will need to bring both parts of their driving license. So this is the photo card and the paper form which is now delivered on demand via the DVLA website.

Just had the update from Japfest, we have 70 people paid up on the stand and 15 on track so far. Its going to be a big event :D

Silverstone is a very safe track compared with Castle Combe so I would say your perfectly fine in Intermediate with Club drivers. Its a bit less competitive compared with normal track days :)

The club has two allocated sessions, Session B (Intermediate) - 09:20 - Briefing Time 08:20 and Session O (Advanced) - 13:40 - Briefing Time 12:40. These may be shared with other clubs depending on numbers. Better than public track time though :)
