Quick update. Very helpful customer services just emailed me a PDF copy of my certificate to tide me over until the real one comes in the post. After some of the reviews they sounded pretty dodgy but was relieved to hear from smaurikid that they were ok. All looking good so far.

Spoke to customer services. Documents were posted on the 9th so should be with me today at the latest. If not here by 14th I have to phone back and they will get a second lot out to me. They said they couldn't understand why the insurance database doesn't show me as insured and would chase that...
