Ended up with an s130 ;)

Correct me if I'm wrong but the s130 doesn't have a rear strut body with an insert at all. Its just a regular complete shock absorber. I was just going to replace it with a shorter (similar) one and add coil over sleeves to it instead of the spring perch it comes with stock.

yup unfortunately the catalogues I had didn't list the lengths (or the MR2 for that matter - was a local catalogue) Hopefully we can all chip in with that info.

Little update... Decided to refresh all the suspension bushes on the zx before looking into how I’m going to lower the car. Changed all the relevant mountings, sway bar bushings, tension rod bushings etc. Used peugot 404 engine mountings. Also learning about this foreign suspension and...

Also, I would lover some door rubbers/window rubbers? (the rubber that runs along the roofline that the window seals against for my 2+2 s130. My car is RHD if that makes a difference....

Yeah I dont' know much about diffs but that looks fubar to me. I imagine it can be machined and a bush inserted or something but I managed to pick up a nice clean R200 diff with CV shafts for cheap. Comes out of a R30 (HR30?) skyline coupe with L28 as well. The shafts look a fraction longer...

nice info. strange that the turbo cams have such low lift.... I'd expect low duration but more lift than n/a.
