I think HKS did an 3.0 stroker kit for the factory 2.6 but the 2.8kit could rev harder and so was slightly more pwerful. I'd avoid Driftworks as they don't exactly nurse their motors....

I don't know much about Z31s (good start huh ?) but any earths down that right hand side ? Other than that back to basics ? Got compression ? fuel at the injectors/rail ? good spark ? The shudder is probably the engine attempting to stall under load.

Yeah and he's nicked you're avatar too. I doubt the ZXOC is big enough to get a Tatton stand. From all accounts it's always over subscribed. Oh and OJC = Old Japanese Car

Hey can I get on the ZClub stand for the next Tatton ? I'm after either a Sunny ZX Coupe or Bluebird TurboZX. Hopefully I'll have one in time. I did tatton with the manta doodes the last couple of years and it's my fabourite of the local shows. I'm aware I would need to be a club member. :)
