These are all this pictures from the hofman site - If you can deduce anything from these pics, I'd be interested to know. So far, I think it's an "early" 260z from the one year production before the 280z was brought in. I don't know if it has the lower compression and reduced power that came due to smog regulations - air filter is red - but it has quite big bumpers although not massive ones. It has american racing turbine wheels (like the General Lee) which are not my favorite but they're OK. It seems to have been originally blue color no. 307 but has some replacement panels from an orange car (bonnet, passenger door (LHD), boot, left headlight - weird. It's also missing the front Valence(?) under the bumper. It's got 51,000 miles on the clock.
