A white Toyota Celica 1974, not the one you see below as mine is much tattier and is waiting for some TLC......but it is taxed and tested.
Sorry I can't give credit to who's car this is (someone is Australia), but I'd like to think mine will look as good as this in a few years time (I'll start it once the Z is finished).
I plan to fit a 4AGZE engine which comes from a Mk1 MR2. It's a supercharged 1600cc 16v which should give about 160 ish BHP. In a car that weighs 950kg, this should be enough to go baiting the local hot hatch brigade (I'll save the Z for bigger fish
). Hybrid Celica then.........well, not quite as I don't actually own the engine yet. However, I do own the rwd gearbox, steering rack, front suspension and brakes for the project (all from Corolla GT).
Still a bit of a dream, but I will get there in the end.
