wheel bearings

Most bearing suppliers will have them. The ones I'm listing here are late 260z, better check ur sizes but I presume 240z is the same?

Front:
Inner race: LM67010
Outer race: LM11949
Grease Seal: TC48627

Rear:
LJ1.1/4 (2 per side) (I've added '2rs' to the code on mine i.e. LJ1.1/4-2RS, this makes it a fully sealed for life bearing as used on modern vehicles)
Seal SC 275 125 37

Cheers

Thanks for the info, seems there's lots of part numbers! There rears on the 240z, which must be the same as a 260 has 2 different bearings?

Just checked, same bore and axle size on mine. The bearings run on the stub axle with a spacer between them.

Check your bearing sizes then go on a website like Simply Bearings or Bearing Boys.

All wheel bearings in stock by next week.
Fronts have suddenly become a minor problem, so I have made up some sets from various sources.
One of the rears only Nissan OEM (with integral oil seal) - no aftermarket replicas as far as I have ever seen - many claim, but none deliver correctly...
280ZX front same as S30 but different seal.
280ZX rears similar design but different bearings.
Rears need internal seal and recommended to replace high-torque lock nut. The whole rear package in OEM bearings, seals and nuts now very expensive.

How much do yours come in at for a complete set?

Rear set (two bearings, seal and nut) £127.00 + VAT per side.
Front set not finalised, but around £30 + VAT per side.

As an update, I ordered from Rockauto based on a couple of very useful PM's on here.

I went for the tkm ones, which are actually re-boxed SKF(etched on the bearings).

Cost about £150 posted, duty/vat etc took the cost to about £210 all in for a full set of bearings and seals. I'll post up the part numbers later as its a substantial saving.
