Triple dellortos

Just wondered if anyone on here had switched to triples from the std injection system and if it was worth it?
Not going racing just like modding cars!

I have, put triple webers on about 15 years ago, I love the sound, just haven’t bothered connecting the chokes so just a few pumps of the accelerator on startup & away he goes, looks & sounds so much better & haven’t come across any downside,

go for it! 👍

They look lovely.
After much deliberation I am going down the aftermarket pro tuner manifold and Maxx ECU which will work out about the same or less than the triples.Have used standalone ECU in my previous Skyline

I've got triple Dellortos but they were fitted by a previous owner so I can't comment on any difference.

Also, no choke here.

I have some triple 40 Webber’s removed from the car 4years ago all running when removed for restoration project they would need cleaning and setting up cold be going cheap

I’ve been racing with a set on a TR6 now for a year . You have to stay on top of them and check for leaks all the time . When running correctly they are awesome . Running them lean will kill an engine .

I’ve had mine on for about 15 years now, set up on rolling road and never had a problem, touch wood
