Well they already do divorces, comparison sites, infact anything else other people come up with, they will pinch and create a monopoly.

A horrible, greedy company imho. I stay away from them where ever possible, not just because of the above but because their food products and fresh produce is dire!

Its because of the likes of Tesco we have lost the green grocer, the butcher etc. I would love for a local butcher that sells top quality meats, they get away with selling second rate meat etc as they know, there is no no where else to go.

Bring back the little man!

I read in the papers today that supermarkets now also offer dental treatment.

Imagine that, getting a filling at the checkout while the teller asks

"would you like help with your packin"
"erm, I gorra hand in me mowf, ar U fuffin stupd"

These models have been for sale in the Z club shop for some time although I have not been able to post up pictures of them. Unfortunately the club does not have the purchasing power of Tesco so they are more expensive. They were for sale at Z008 and at Zed - Fest where a number of members purchased them together with the other colours and models that are available.

I feel it is a great shame that certain members feel able to advertise Tesco on this forum but not their own Club Shop.

I understand what your saying derek, but its cheaper and easier for members to pop to there local tesco and buy one, rather than pay more at the club shop, and pay P&P on top of that.

Who wants to be shopkeeper? Just post up if you want something from the club shop. Plenty of people will tell you where to buy it cheaper.

Personally I'd rather pay an extra couple of quid and support the shop. Only hitch is that in these frugal times I get quizzed every time a parcel arrives on our doorstep! Deffo going to have a browse though...
