Stub axle - bearing removal ?

I want to replace the rear stub axles on my 260z
What’s the best way to get them out from the rear hub/leg ?
Slide hammer ?? Or even larger hammer lol
For those that know, do they usually come out on their own?
Or will they pull the wheel bearing apart (or as a whole) with them on the way?
Is a press usually req to refit the bearings/stub axles

I use a press to remove stub axles.
A puller is usually required to remove one bearing from the shaft.
A press is the safest method of refitting the new bearings.
You dont want to mess them up cos one of them is quite expensive especilly if you buy the Nissan branded version
