Spark Plug Torque

The Nissan service manual says 15 to 19 Nm (11 - 14 lb ft)

NGK website for flat seat gasket plug on aluminium head is 25 to 30 Nm

I am probably being pedantic but what torque to you go by ?

i normally go for 20-30nm but that is done by feel so not 100% accurate and more just from years on engines. However between the 2 sets you have listed it doesnt make a great deal of difference at all.
