Skyline engined 260z in retro cars

Hi,

This months Retro cars has a 4 or 5 page feature on an Aus 260z with a turbod R32 3ltr lump in it. Doesn't look that special imho BUT has abot 450hp.

Might be worth a look, also a smallish pic of Tony260s Z from behind at Santa pod.

Look at the car's front bumper - it's been stone chipped before it's been painted silver.........yuk !!


Now read the black box on page 60.

Paragraph 3 "when the first of the 200bhp twin cam 16-valve engines appeared in the new R31 Skylines"

Paragraph 4 "These days Nissan twin-cam 16-valve six cylinder engines are still highly sought after"

Well, I'm not surprised they're highly sought after !!! I wonder which 2 cylinders only have 2 valves ?? It must be a performance secret that makes them so sought after.
