It seems to be (falsely) suggesting that there's spyware / adware on the site.
 
I've seen a couple of dodgy new posts each day.

We've an option on nissansportz where you need to manually validate the person before their posts are allowed and viewable. Do you have something similar?

But what really cut down on our spam was a bespoke question with a required field that had to be answered correctly before registration was allowed.
 
It's a combination of both, we've tried bespoke questions which work for about half a day before someone tells the bots the correct response.
