S130 280zx windscreens

I am having5 windscreens with blue top tint made
They are not available anywhere and pilkington want £500 with no commitment to when you'll get one.Autoglass want over £1000
These should be available November with collection only from Cardiff
3 will be for sale at about £260 each to club members
Final price yet to be set as haven't had invoice yet!
I am not a trader only someone trying to sort my own cracked screen.

Blue tint is just to top
Have now paid deposit for 5 and will let everyone know when they arrive -in a few months!

These have now come
Matched them with original and is same
Fitted to mine no prob so now have 3 for sale at £275 each
collection only from Cardiff area (10 min off M4)

Mine cost £75 autoglass,they had to have five made in a batch so unless four Zeds have had new screens since then they might still be knocking about

Mine was not covered by insurance (it's just been imported) so the full cost they would have charged was £1000 and at time of enquiring had no screens so I got my own made

I always have screen insurance,I’ve had seven screens in my three transit connect vans in last 9 years

Given that rate of destruction should show people the need for a spare screen!
Seriously though I had a fresh import that needed a screen to pass an mot to get it registered hence no relevant insurance.No windscreens were available anywhere and it took me 10 months to get them made after being let down by Pilkington. It is up to club members if they want a spare screen or take a risk that there is current screen availability when going through insurance.
