I've had the seller (Alan) speak to me about this car.

Yes it's expensive and he knows that but it is a fine example.

I sent him a photo of Candy Red's engine-bay which is indeed perfection. The thing with the 280ZX and to some extent the 280Z is that you do it for the satisfaction and not financial reward.

Might be nicely done, but looks a bit too "wide boy" for my tastes. Green, gold, black, chrome, red, kind of like it can't make up its mind what it wants to be.
