Lying Mazda! Tell him to get a 350, faster and less fuel. Or if he wants to keep his fuel bill a 300zx tt :)

BMW 850Csi V12 and 6-speed in a 1977 z chassis :)
As far as I know we have the only one so far, though a friend as a Jag V12 in a Z

Now that would be impressive. All that extra power and torque squeezed into a small Zed body.

Yep, stick a coulpe of big blowers on that bad boy and you would have some serious power!

Plus you can bore those suckers to 8.1 litres!!!!!

Russ, I used to have a Mk1 Elford turbo RX7 and it was mad mental at high engine speeds but low down was rubbish and I dont know where Mazda got those mpg figures from (lucky bag probably) but they are poles apart from the real world especially when you start tuning the ports
Plus don't they burn oil like a 2 stroke?

How about a jag v12 5.3 like in this 240 !!

That's the one I was referring to - That is Glenn, he made the headers on that as well and they are wild to look at. The Jag engine is a little heavy for my taste..

here's a couple pics of the BMW V12 in our 280z based ferrari replica. Weight distribution is almost 50/50 as the engine was set back a lot and it's very light for a V12

I'm actually in love with those headers. They're like the exposed ribcage of the engine and look brilliant!

Looks like changing an oil filter is easy! :)

Sorry, getting to this one late...

Thanks for posting Chelle!

I'm sure I've told you before, but this is the most amazing engine swap I've ever seen in a Z. B-E-A-UTIFUL! :)
