Mike, I won a set of springs and urethane bits for a 78 260Z on ebay last night.

The guy tells me he got most of the stuff from yourself, but has given up on the restoration. Will these all fit my 79 260Z?

Or have I dropped a clanger?

Springs should fit '77-'78 260Z 2 seater and all 2+2, but rates would be different for a 2+2 model. Your "'79" 260Z is a '78 - by 1979 the 280ZX was in full production so your car was late registered - in fact, recent data from the DoT implies that some 260Zs were U.K. registered as late as 1999 - imports I would guess. I used to have a "W" reg 240Z back in the eighties...
