Hi all just got a 78 260 ! Its been in a shed for 8 yrs and i just bought it off the son of the 86 yr old lady who owned it. Its solid but a bit flaky in places but a worthwhile project. Looking forward to keeping all up to date with the progress. The lady bought it in 1982 when it was 4 yrs old and 1st owner was apple industries in dublin.

how are you getting on with your 260Z I bought mine in April this year and have done a little sorting but not that much, thankfully the previous owner did most of the detailing and hard work, I am based in Leixlip not a million miles from you! So far I have sorted new tyres, slung a side pipe on it, changed all the jets and emulsion tubes tinted the windows and had a run on the dyno at Westward Engineering.Next is the Air fuel meter and a Tacho that works with the electronic ignition. Oh and the usual rust on the floor pan. There is a Dunboyne car and bike show this month 28th I think, if your car is ready could meet up there.
